Full Day Mediation
Full Day Session Length
Full day
sessions normally begin at 9:00 a.m. and continue (providing a one hour
lunch break) until 6:00 p.m. The session may continue only if a resolution
seems imminent and all participants, including the mediator, agree to
continue beyond the duration of the scheduled session and additional hours
will be billed at $350 per hour (calculated to the nearest quarter hour),
and will be divided equally amongst the parties unless otherwise agreed.
Half Day Mediation

Half day
sessions are scheduled for either 9:00
a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (providing a 15 minute break) or 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. (also
providing a 15 minute break). If a resolution seems imminent and all
participants, including the mediator, agree to continue beyond the duration
of the scheduled 4-hour half day session then hours will be billed at $350
per hour (calculated to the nearest quarter hour), and will be divided
equally amongst the parties unless otherwise agreed.
**All
fees are due before the mediation session begins. Fees include the
mediator’s preparation of the scheduled mediation session. Snacks and
drinks will be provided for all mediation sessions. Parties break for a one
hour lunch break near the middle of the session (for full day sessions)**
Earlier
or later session times are available by request, depending on the calendar
schedule of the mediator.
